How Do I Return Or Exchange An Item?
We do not offer refunds for the change of mind, wrong decision or incorrect size.
We understand that purchasing items online don’t always go as planned therefore we will happily provide an exchange or credit note (valid for 6 months) on full priced items if requested within 7 days or receiving your item.
The item/s must be in original condition, must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way for the above to apply. THE JUNIOR SHOP has the rights to deny any item/s that aren't returned in their original condition.
Any item/s that are purchase at a promotional sale or sale price are FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for refund, exchange or credit note.
ORGANISING A RETURN
To organise a return please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will respond with instructions.
Please take care when sending items back to us, as items lost in the post are your responsibility and we cannot offer exchanged or credit notes on lost parcels. We always recommend using registered post with a tracking number to avoid missing parcels.
PLEASE NOTE: If you damage a garment (eg after wearing it a button falls off or the breaks because of wear) we cannot accept garments back for exchange or credit.
We aim to provide our customer with products of the highest standard and quality. Where items fail to be of acceptable quality, we will assess the item accordingly and determine repair, replacement or other suitable solution. Exchange of items is subject to availability. The Junior Shop considers items to be faulty (i.e. not acceptable quality) if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 6 months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of wear are not considered to be faulty.
