We try to ensure that all of the information about the products in our store is up to date, although dimensions, weights and colours are only approximate and may vary slightly.
On occasion some goods may be subject to availability, if you are ordering goods that are out of stock we will inform you by email and if you wish to wait for them we will dispatch them as soon as we receive them from our supplier.
When you make a purchase from The Junior Shop we will require your name, e-mail, full postal address and phone number. Without this information we won't be able to correspond with you should the need arise. Please do double check this information as if incorrect it can cause delays in you receiving your goods.
Gift Cards are available to purchase, if you require multiple Gift Cards simply keep adding them to your shopping bag. For any assistance required email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Gift Cards are redeemable online only and are valid for 12 months.
It is important to us to make our delivery as straightforward as possible.
All orders placed will be dispatched within 2 business days, excluding pre-order items not yet in stock.
We use Australia Post for all items, the cost of postage is dependant on the weight of your item along with your location, this cost will be automatically calculated and added to your purchase at the checkout.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $250AUD, unless the product or a product included is a bulky item, in which case the shipping details will be in the product description.
For pre-order items that are not immediately in stock the delivery may take longer and incur additional costs and in this instance we will notify you by email.

What Payment Methods does The Junior Accept & Is It Safe To Use My Credit Card Online?
All of our payments are processed securely through Paypal who offer a range of payment methods including credit cards, debit cards and direct payments from your bank account. If paying by credit card or debit card you do not need to have a Paypal account to complete your payment.
How Do I Return Or Exchange An Item?
Of course we want you to be happy with your purchase but should you need to, making a return or exchange is easy. You have 14 days to decide whether to keep your items,
if you are unhappy with your order or part of your order after you have received it, you may return the goods to us for an exchange or for a credit note.
All unwanted items must be returned to us unworn, unused and undamaged in the original packaging with the original labels and tags. Please return the items via Australia Post to:

In the case of an exchange or unwanted return, you will pay for the return postage costs. Where an item is being returned due to damage or a faulty product, we will happily replace the product (stock allowing) free of charge or refund what you have paid, including the return postage cost.
